Scott Unicomb – Keyboards, Piano
Scott Unicomb brings decades of musical experience to Leny’s Girl, stepping into the
keyboard chair with a rich pedigree across blues, rock, soul, and pop. He has toured
nationally and internationally, sharing the stage with icons as stylistically varied as Tom
Jones, James Belushi, Barry Crocker, and Rhonda Burchmore.
It’s this diversity of collaborators — from soul legends to theatrical showstoppers — that has
shaped Scott’s unmistakable musical voice. Equally at home laying down a gritty blues
groove or soaring through an expressive solo, his playing brings depth, feel, and a fresh
dynamic to Leny’s Girl’s powerhouse sound.
When asked how he felt after getting the call from Beggsy to join the band, Scott said:
“I was emotional — I cried tears of joy. I’d been dreaming of this moment my whole life.
Then I showed up to rehearsal and realised the band’s called Leny’s Girl, not Lemmy’s Girl.
I thought I’d be playing Motörhead — now I’m stuck with these dingalings.”
